Hi urgent please

Hi,
I am old style work permit, which is going to expire in oct end, my employer is not paying my tax fro last two years and blackmailing me for silly money from long time,and alao use me for different company,i had sold my property and my family in which 2 and half year old daughter is very upset from this condition and employer is not happy to go ahead with me without his requirement and i have all his voice over recording with me, can any body help me what i can do or also guide me the solicitor ,
And
I also have access to tier 1 Enterpreanaur, if i apply for that is there any problem for me. One of my friend ask me to go for solicitor check in human right and discretion leave,i am very cofused.
Please help me .
