ILR ELIGIBILITY - URGENT PLS - APPOINTMENT AT LIVERPOOL PEO

Below are my VISA Details
Can you please let me know whether I am eligible for ILR
20/07/2008 - 12/07/2010 - WORK PERMIT
12/07/2010 - 26/01/2012 - T2 INT COMP TRAN
10/02/2012 - 27/01/2013 - T2 ICT LONG TERM
10/04/2013 - 26/07/2014 T2 ICT LONG TERM
I have just now spoken with croydon call centre and they say I am not eligible as T2 INT COMP TRAN switch didn't happen before April 2010. And also they say that I wasn't switched to the established category.
So can please some one help and I am in total panic.
