Hi,

I have completed 2 years on Tier 1 dependent visa(partner) and applying for ILR.Main applicant got ILR based on Tier 1 General visa in mar'13

I'm trying to book appointment but have query while booking.In the booking process we have below steps

Step 1:Which application form are you using to make your application?
I Selected Set(o) form

Step 2:Which category of leave are you applying for?
Tier 1 General
Tier 2
Other main applicant
Dependent

Please could anyone help which option I need to select based on above options

I on the same situation like you have.

We have to submit SET(M) form not SET(0).

Hi based on various other posts. Isn't it set o form as the applicant is pbs dependant.
