FLR M dependent query!!

Hi all
With the grace of god I got my Ilr in July 2013.My wife is on her own work permit since September 2012.Now I am applying for my wife as PBS Dependent FLRM.After I got my ILR I changed the company and joined the new company this September 2013.I am still in probation period with the new company which I will be finishing in December.My query is do I have to get the letter from the employer.
Please advise.
