My wife was granted ILR yesterday at Cardiff PEO.

In 2 year probationary period she was out of the country for more than 180 days in her first year and second year due to the medical reason.

We submitted all the medical evidences with the application.

Our appointment was at 9.30 and we were given the decision at 15.00

Cardiff PEO is very small as compared to the rest of the offices.

Document submitted were:

1. SET (M) application form
2. Applicant's two photograph and Husband one photograph
3. Husband Employment Letter, 6 month bank statement, 6 month payslips, P60
4. Co-hab documents for the two years
5. Medical reports for the absences
6. LIUK Test
7. Used the same NARIC letter for degree for knowledge of language requirement at the time of making spouse application two years ago

well the medical reports would be different for individuals depending on their circumstances.

Main thing to consider is that you get the medical letter from your doctor who has been treating your case including all the prescription letters.
