Clarification on Visa for New Born Baby

Hi
I am on ILR Visa (before ILR, I was on Tier 1) and my wife is on Tier 1 Dependent Visa valid till October 2016.
I am applying visa for our new born baby in India. We are not sure under what visa category should we apply, i.e., either Child of Settled Person or any other category.
In UK BA website, below points are mentioned under Child of Settled Person
You cannot apply in the child category if you are the child of a person who is settled in the UK or has British citizenship if their most recent permission to stay was under tiers 1, 2, or 5 of the points-based system and:
1. your other parent does not yet qualify for settlement; and
2. your most recent permission to stay as a dependant under the points-based system (known as a PBS dependant) was granted on or after 9 July 2012.
Please clarify under what visa category should I apply for my new born baby
