Tier2 ILR PEO Croydon on 21st Jan

Hello Guys,
I will be applying for ILR with my wife and son on 21Jan2013 at Croydon PEO.
All of us entered same time in UK
Tier2(General )Visa granted:- 16Feb2009
First Entry: 13Mar2009
Leave to remain:-14Feb2014
Total Absence in 5 yrs:-75days
Can you please some expert review my checklist.
1) Duly signed and completed SET(O) form;
2) Payment sheet for Home office fees
3) 2 passport sized photo for each
4) Passports and BRP for all
5) Life in the UK pass Notification Letter for both
6) PBS calculator shows degree was awarded in English for myself + confirmation Letter from college
7) ESOL certificate for wife
8)Confirmation of Employment with paid absence, SOC code, salary rate etc.
9) P60s for last 5 yrs;
10) One year Pay slips
11) One year Bank statement showing salary
12) Various co-habition documents (marriage certificate, join council bill, joint bank statement,wife CRB check,HMRC letter for wife for last two years )
13) Child birth certificate
Please do let me know if there anything missing.

You didn't meention if your children born in the UK? if so then apply for their nationality once you are granted ILR.

No he was not born here.
We have another child who born here and we will register her for MN1 after getting our ILR.

Having photocopies helps CW and also can speed up the process a bit. It is desirable but not mandatory.

congratulations on getting the ILR! I am applying next monday.
I just wanted to check with you one thing, you mentioned PBS calculator. Will I need to do that and submit it with my application? I was going to submit my copy of my MSc.

Congratulations.
You mentioned that you did not include you UK born child in the application?
Just to confirm is it Ok not to include the child born in Uk in the ILR application?
My baby was born after my tier 1 extension and my ILR is in May. I was thinking to apply ILR for myself and wife and then apply for childs MN1.
Please clarify.

I do not have a child, therefore, did not have anything to submit relating to birth certificate.
