Hello,
I am a bit confused when i should be applying for ILR.According to ukba website It says 28 days before your current stay ends. I entered uk on 27 march 2012 but my spouse visa ends on 17 may 2014. Do i apply 28 days before the date i entered the uk or is it 28 days before the visa expires? I would be great if someone could give me a good answer.thanx

no sooner than 28 days before date of entry

Thanx my friend. So it means that i can apply after 27th February 2014 onwards because i entered uk on 27th march 2012? Thanx again..

Yes, anytime after 27th February and before your visa expires.

I got tier 1 on 2009 I renew it 2012 and I renew it 2 months before expiring day that means I was lucky then???!!!
im due to ILR this year
