Is that absence 183 days happened in one year? Have you got a really good reason why it was so such long absence required.

Maternity leave and obstacles to make my daughter's passport in India plus her EC refused. Three reason leave stretch to 183 days

a good and strong reason could be serious medical condition that makes you can not physically flight back to uk

I think you could seek a good immigration adviser for those issue.

you can but it will be refused again. Better to get appeal right (if u do not have already) and fight ur case in Appeal. Get all your proof orignal handy about your maternity, and baby visa letter to prove ur case.
should consuld few immigration professional, and after u r equiped with information regarding ur case, u can win the appeal.
you should have explained everything to Home Office in cover letter.

Hi,

It is possible when you re-apply under the same situation, the cw might look at it as nothing has changed unless ofcourse:
You now fit within the 180 days, or
You have new proof to show you had a strong reason that they should reconsider your application

Maybe best to use a solicitor who can advise and build your case?

Also, which PEO did you apply? What did you submit as proof?

+++++++++

If I apply now I am fit within 180 days rule.
I have refusal from HO office will not be sufficient for HO to reconsider my application
I am dealing with solicitor he had made appeal but it all cost me time and good price.
That's the sole reason i wanted to make a fresh application preferably walk in PE0 will give me decision same day will cost effective as well
I have initially made an application at Liverpool

Thank you
