I am Applying for ILR under 90 Day Concession Period .Have one query regarding one question can you kindly help on this pls

1) Visa Approved on 3 March 2009

Entered UK on 9 May 2009


-- > 13th July 2012 went to India for my marriage & returned on 25th September 2012

-- > 28th September 2013 went to India to see my New Born Baby returned on 6th October 2013

Since 9th May 2009

year..... months.....

not the date of entry

I entered UK 67 days after my visa approved ie, on 68 th day entered uk ...........

so is it 4 years 9 months ...or 4.10 months( I am on holiday total 74+7 days = total 81 days)

As per the above dates is it 4.9 months or 4.10 months kindly reply


2) The latest pay bank statement jan i got the statement on a white paper along with a letter...and stamped is it acceptable ?

Hi,

I got my first VISA granted on 01Apr2009 and entered UK on 17-Jul-2009. My current leave ends on 16-May-2014. Should I mention 4 years 10 months?
OR
It is calculated as Date of application minus Date first entered UK? I am planning to apply on 13-May-2014 which is 4 years 9 months 27 days. (Can I mention days as well?)

Come on man, its simple common sense question, you should mention 4 years 10 months.
