Hi,
I recently got my ILR.

I am planning to apply for my dependants by postal application. (My dependants are in UK since Aug 2010)

Can members advice if I should apply for their FLR(0) first or I can apply straight away with SET(0) form.

Last question if I would be using SET(0) forms for two dependants will I be paying 1839£ or 788 + 788.

I would be really grateful for you help.

Regards,

Hi, if you have got ILR on the basis of PBS route and if your dependant is a PBS dependant and have lived in the UK for 2 years, then they can apply on SET (o).

I think your partner will have to pay main applicant fees and your child (which I'm assuming to the 2nd dependant ) to pay the dependant fees. My spouse if applying on set (o) for ILR and hence I know that he has to pay main applicant fees. However, unsure about your 2nd dependant.

Please confirm with experts.
