ILR dependant application from India

Hi All,
Hope all is good and welcoming spring with joy.
I have few things to ask, my ILR was approved on May 2013 and i am married now. I want to bring my wife to UK from India. i am trying to fill the online application (www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk) but getting confused with the visa type i should apply for my wife. Am i supposed to apply for a settlement visa for my wife??? or a visiting visa. Can some one please advice which visa type should i select.
Once the application is submitted what would be the waiting time?
