Hi,
1.I got my ILR on March 10,2014. My Spouse is on Tier1 General dependant from last 4 yrs. I need to apply ILR dependant for my child and Spouse. Please let me know if I need to use SET(O) form or FLR(M) form?

2.Regarding the cohabitation proof for my Spouse evidence do I need to provide 6 documents and should they cover the entire last 2 yr period or if I get a single document dated every 6 months in 2 yr period is enough for example if i provide electricity bill and if i get 4 bills covering the 2 yr period is it enough ?

Please advice.. Does all 6 documents I provide should cover the entire 2 yr period or can be random in 2 yr period?

Thanks
Swetha

On what basis did you apply for ILR? 10 years long residence or PBS route?

If you applied via PBS route, then it is form SET(O), see link below

If you applied via 10 years long residence, it is FLR(M) and then after that Set(M), see link below

The form for ILR Dependents is Set(M), pretty sure its not Set(O).
If your dependents had applied at the same time as you then you could have all applied on the same SET(O) form but not in this case.

Evidence wise, they have to come from at least 3 different sources covering a 2year period. Aim for one piece of evidence for every quarter from a different source, that's probably an easier thing to aim for (that should make 8 letters over the 2 year period). So if you have joint names on the letter for that quarter then that one document will suffice. If you the names arent joint then get one letter with your name, the other with your partners name.
So if you dont have joint names on a letter, you'll be gathering two letters in each quarter instead of one so total could 8*2=16 letters.

I'm in a similar situation and that's how I'm going to tackle it. Hope that made sense.

Please do click on the links I have provideed. If the spouse is still on PBS dependent, then it is Set(O) and not Set(M) if the main applicant applied on 5 years residence.

If main applicant applied under 10 years long residence, then spouse on PBS dependent has to switch to FLR(M) and when the requirements are met, can apply for ILR on Set(M).

Oh yes, I do apologise! The form for PBS Dependents to apply for ILR is indeed Set(O), just read through the form again. Good thing I saw this post, otherwise I would have lost all that money! (Its happened to a friend of mine, he applied for his wife using the wrong form and UKBA charged him the money but cancelled the application).

Thanks guys!
