Hi all,

Thanks for the help provided by all of you.

I applied for ILR & form used is SET(O) only main applicant.

The following documents were presented:-
1.Application form duly filled with 2 passport size photographs full name at back.
2.Life in UK certificate
3.Degree Taught in English
4.Company Letter confirming current employment
5.company letter confirming Annual leave dates of last Year.
6. Company Letter confirming Paternity Leave for 2 weeks (dates listed)
7.Self absences letter for the rest of 4 years
8.12 months pay slips
9.12 months bank statements
10. Online payment receipt ( when you book an appointment you will get one)

I was there at 8:50am & my number called to submit all documents , took only 10 mins & then i was asked to wait for biometric & that took only 10 mins before my number was called. after that i thought it will take at least 1 hour or more but to my surprise it only took 15-20 mins & my number was called to collect documents. I was told your application is successful & you will receive your biometric card with in 10 days. i have received it yesterday.

I have a query to all those experienced people out there that my wife entered this country in May 2012 & want to know does she eligible to apply for ILR in next may or not ?
And for my kid born in UK:-
i assume only NM1 form should be good enough to apply ?

Thanks
Sadiq
