Premium appointment - PEO payment (settlement - Tier-1)

I have to apply Settlement from Tier-1 (general) category and I am planning to do in person (at PEO).
And I am booking the appointment at ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk website but on the payment page (worldpay screen), I have to pay £1426 full amount online.
So I am confused that in the application form (SET-0), there are a space to complete the payment for in person (£1426 for my application), and if I pay £1426 online when I booking, do I need to pay again on the day of application at PEO? Or they will ingore (and not taking) the payment from my application form?

you pay online at the time of making your appointment. Take your world pay receipt or email with you. You don't pay again at PEO when you attend.

Hi CR001,
With online payment shall I leave the front page blank or fill in personal details in it, if I already have paid to world pay?

I filled the payment page in, and was not charged twice.

Even if you fill in the Payment sheet and give it as a part of application, they will striaght away return it to you even before asking further documents.

Leave the payment sheet blank. Youl will get a payment reciept when you pay online, you will need to print this and take this along with you to confirm payment.

I been trying to phone HomeOffice over 2 days and their new number 0300 123 2241 is totally dead
