Hi Chaps,

I have questions about my wife's visa.

History & details:

1 - I came on HMSP in 2008, got my extension and then ILR in 2013 and Applied for naturalisation just now.
2- Got married in 2011 and wife joined me in July-2011. She got extension for 3 years in 2013 under PBS as my dependent.
3- She passed her LIUK & B1 and completed her more than 2 years with me here in UK so want to apply her ILR.

I require your expertise to gather documents for her visa.

1 - what form is subjected for her visa?
2 - what documents will be required for her visa?
3 - fee?
4 - How many days she can spend outside UK?

SET(O) , £1093 by post, £400 more for PEO.

Documents would include proof of satisfying KoLL, cohabitation proof and general documents, passports, BRPs etc... Absences should be limited and for good reason.

Her stay outside UK still confuses me, kindly advise about it as well

She did three tour since she joined me in 23-07-2011
1st Trip - for 74 day in 2011 [due to pragnancy]
2nd Trip - 87 days in 2013
3rd Trip - for 8 days in 2014

So in total she spent 169 days outside uk.

Kindly advise if she is eligible for ILR.

Is it SET O or SET M? I think correct form for dependents is SET M.

You think incorrectly SET(O) if correct for eligible PBS deps.

Amber thanks for correction. Yes it is Set O for PBS dependents. But if application of dependents is made after approval of ILR of principal applicant (through PEO) then Set M or even then Set O?
Also which form will be used for 18+ dependent?

Still SET(O) unless the PBS dep switched to FLR(M). 18+ children would also apply on their own SET(O) so long as they're not leading an independent life.
