Hello all,

PEO booked for coming Monday
I am applying for my wife's ILR by using SET O form. I need help to fill form correctly.

My Status: my naturalisation application is being progressed.
Her visa history:
First dependant Visa stamped [tier-1 G partner]: 19-Jun-2011
Entry clearance: 23-Jul-2011
Current leave category: Tier 1 general dependent [PBS dependant] valid till Feb-2016
She completed her 2-years and passed LIUK & B1

Section 1: (Her details)
My details
------------------------------------------------------------------

Section 2: (Dependant details)
empty as she is applying only
------------------------------------------------------------------

Section 3: (applying category)

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 4: (LIUK)
Life in Uk - pass both of us - originals & photo copies

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 5: (finances/job salary)

I am really confused about this section. She is a housewife and doesn't do any kind of job. How should i fill this section?
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 6: (immigration history)
- this is fine
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 7: (Personal history - Criminal)
- Not applicable

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 8:
- Photos yes for both 2 each
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 9:
- Not applicable to her (she is PBD dependant)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 10:

Section 5 - just tick she's not working and include your earnings under 5.6.

Thanks Amber,

I am sorry for late reply.

I justs checked box 5.3 & in 5.6 I mentioned my monthly salary. I left rest of section 5 empty.

Kindly advise if this seems good to you.

Kind Regards,

Hi Satish,

I don't know on what visa you are, kindly put your details as well.
But in my case I used set(o) form along with following details:

Evidence Submitted:

Filled Set(o) application form for my wife
Passport
BRP
Life in the UK test pass certificate
English Language test pass certificate
12 months bank statements (Sign & Stamped)
12 months Pay slips (Stamped)

Co-habitation Documentation with my wife (Cover 2 or more years):

Marriage Certificate
NHS Letters of GP registration
Child Birth & registration Certificates
Council Tax Bills
Bank Statements
Visa Extension Copies
Tenancy Agreement

Hope this will help you.

Thanks,
Saqib
