ILR - Set M - Questions

Just a few questions which I can't find using the search tool if you can help me with. The applicant is a Pakistani who applied in February 2012 and was granted the spouse visa in July 2012 and arrived in the UK in August 2012.
Ques 1: If an applicant applied for the original spouse visa prior to the introduction of the £18.6k income requirement, do they have to meet the 18.6k minimum salary criteria? My guess based on not finding any info is that they are exempt, but if this can be confirmed.
Ques 2: If someone is living in a home owned by their parents, should the Title/Land Deed be sent? Does the family need to submit a letter stating they own the home and are happy with the couple living with them?
Ques 3: Most of the utlity bills and the council tax are in the father's name, so the range of letters as evidence of co-habituation is limited, so can multiple letters from the same organisation spanned over the 2 year period be used?

Yes and letters don't have to be in joint names. You can submit joint name letters or individually named letters covering the period for you and your spouse.

hi,
I am due to apply for my indefinite leave this month but before i was granted my spousal visa in april 2012 i had a driving criminal custodial conviction for 8 weeks ( driving on a ban twice and without insurance) i was first refused a spousal visa but on a court appeal i was eventually granted a spousal visa in 2012. since my 2 year probationary spousal visa i have not had any convictions. will it be a problem when i am applying for my indefinite leave?
Also please advise me what a civil judgement or civil penalty under the uk immigration act is.

You cannot use the same organisation spanning over 2 years. The letters must be from at least 3 different sources spanning over 2 years.
