Urgent plz advice

I have my ILR due next month on 10 years long residency but I was having some debts with the credit cards with banks which I was paying but lost my job for few months and after that I could not keep it up with the payments stop paying them from 2009......just wondering if these thing will effect my ILR application plz advise many thanks
