ILR is not an extension, it's settlement. Absences should not exceed 180 days in each 12 month period.

appreciate for your response Amber, sorry but i m still confused as some of the members in these forums mentioned regarding absences as a total of 180 days in total all together in five years ( max of 180 days outside uk in 5 years )

in my case I am outside of UK in total of 230 days during these five years, but never been out for 180 days in 12 consecutive months nor went more than 90 days in a single visit.
Am i eligible to apply ILR ???, if so
Do i need any letter from my employee during absence periods

your suggestions much appreciated and thanks in advance

yes , can you split the 200+ days into two years? If yes then you should be fine with valid evidences of the absences

Thanks for ur response,
Is it ok if I translate the headers of doctors letter with an authorised notary writer , as one of my friend suggested me to do so,
If not ,what are the other possibilities I have as the doctor letter head in my town is in regional language only

THANKS YOU

Hello ,
Can you please advise me on this, when I was a privated Ltd director I got a civil penalty due to late filing of companies account, it's been settled at once by paying the full amount
Do I need to declare this in my ILR Set O form
When applying
In my credit report (Experian) I don't have any court judgement held in my records

Ur suggestions are much appreciated n will be lot of help
