Hi,
Did try to search but could not find anything relevant (atleast without going through 5335 search results).

I am currently on Tier 1 General and will be applying for mine and wife's ILR soon. My question is, can I apply for my UK born child's citizen ship on the same day as I apply for my ILR?

No you can't. You will need to register him first, and that can only happen once you have secured ILR

If you applied for ILR using a PSC appointment, ILR could be granted on the same day and an application for registration of you child could be made on the same day, but it would be easier to wait until you have your ILR BRP to send with the application.
