hello ,
im a long term followers of this forum , me myself and many other peple have beed benefited through this forum

i have ben stopped by an tfl inspector in 2012 may , due to not having a top up amount on my oyster card in an out of zone .

i apologized to them with my heart , later i received a Formal Warning letter with 75 pound to pay within 14 days
now my question is

1. is that a criminal conviction ?
2. is that something out of court settlement **( i checked tfl websight that they explained Formal warning and out of court settlement separately)

3. do i have to mention it in my ilr application
4.is it recorded on CRB ? they have got my whole name wrong

Please try to read the attachment but picture is too small

5. is that letter an out of court settlement ?

vinnie amber and other experts opinion wud be appreciated

thanks
