Hello everyone
hope all is well
i have a very important question to ask and appreciate any help.
I am applying for my ILR based on 10 years route this week. However i cannot apply for my wifes flrm since i cannot fulfil the requirement of showing 18600 pounds.
My wife visa (student dependent) will expire in november.
Please advise what options does she have?
can she apply a student visa she gets a course in university starting in Jan 2015?
please advise. thanks

my case summary is below:
10 years completed on august 14th 2014. Currently holding tier 4 visa expiring this november. Wife has a dependent visa based on tier 4 and we got married in Jan 2013 and then she came to uk. No children and income is not anywhere near 18600.

Doesn't your wife have any income? This could be included in the calculation if she does.
