Dependent ILR from Tier1 (general) dependent

Hi
I have quick query about ILR eligibility for my dependent.
My wife got first Tier 1 Dependent visa on 31March 2010. (Applied 31 March 2010 by post Stamped on 14 April 2010)
Her Current Tier 1 Dependent Visa Stamped on 13 May 2013
Now Does she have to spend 2 years with me in uk to qualify for ILR or its 5 years.
