i need help please. My husband will apply for ILR SET (M) and i have two questions:

1- we have moved from our previous house before few months so shall we submit 6 letters (join) from both addresses? or only 6 letters from the current one and few from the previous?

2- he is working and receiving working tax credit shall we tick the box You in the application form for working tax credit?

Proof of joint address should be spread as evenly as possible over the full 2 years. As a guide, at least one piece of evidence every 4 months from 3 different sources.
Your husband tick for him claiming working tax credit but it should be claimed in joint names.
