driving offence plz advice

hello everyone i have applied for my long residence on 18-08-2014 bio-metric done waiting for decision now but my query is i had driving offence booked on my name for driving on under inflated tyres but i have received the letter from the court on 1st October 2014 but i did mention these on my application my hearing in court is in November so will these effect my ILR please advice thanks
