I came to UK on a
Main applicant
Jun'10 to Apr'11 Tier - 2 General
Apr '11 to Jun'13 - Tier-1 General
Jun' 13 to current - Tier-1 Extension
June '15 - Eligibitly to ILR

Dependant

Jul'10 to Apr'11 Tier - 2 General Dependant
Apr '11 to Jun'13 - Tier-1 General Dependant
Jun' 13 to current - Tier-1 Extension Dependant
June '15 - Eligibitly to ILR

From above, can you please tell me if my wife is eligile for ILR in June 2015, or not ? From what I think , the new rules which is July 2012 does that impact my wife`s application ? Can you please confim ?

The Information provided above shows your spouse can apply ILR in June 2015 as she is PBS dependent prior to rules changes in July 2012
