Hi,
I am looking for some documentation for switching from ICT(long term- post apr/2011 rules) to ILR dependant. Can this be done via in-country application or do me dependant have to go back to home country to do this switch.
I tried all resources in home office website however couldnt find a clear cut answer for this. If anyone has done this switch or if there are any useful link can you please share the same ?

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I have few follow up questions on this if you could advise.
-My Indian passport is expiring in Jun-2015 and I am planning to renew the same this month. I am getting married in Feb and applying for ILR in June. DO I need to show as married in my passport to apply for dependent ILR for my fiance ?
- Do my Fiance also need to show as married in her Indian passport before applying as ILR dependent ?
- Does she need to take English language test. She has a degree from one of the university recognized by points based calculator ?
- Also do I need to maintain £18,000 balance in my account even if she is earning here well above that number ? if not, can she provide her pay-slips as proof of earning ?
If anyone could answer to this questions will be really grateful.

Vinny,
Can you please help on my questions if possible.
Also can I apply for her dependent switch(ICT to ILR dependent) along with my ILR application or does it have to be a separate application.

I don't think You have to show martial status in passports. But you would need evidence of marriage.
Her
Degree should be good enough for the
English language requirements, if it was taught in English, etc.
I think her income may be included as she is legally in the UK. Best to get details in
Appendix FM-SE.
Your ILR application and her FLR(M) application are separate applications. You should succeed before they can process her's.
