I have a kid and her visa is "PBS Dependent leave to remain" which will be expired in Jan 2016 . I am applying for ILR soon and planning to go via MN1 route for my kid. I am on tier 2 ICT visa.
I want to know as my child visa will be valide till Jan 2016 , can she travel out of UK using that visa or she need to wait till MN1 applicaiton process successfully ?
Regards,
Hooplakid

Hello All,
I recently got my ILR . I have a child who was born in UK so I did not apply ILR for her .I'll apply naturalisation for her using MN1 for. At the moment she is PBS dependent and her visa is valid till Jan 2016.
I am planning to visit India in Jan month. I have few questions
1. Will after my ILR her PBS dependent visa still be valid ?
2. Can she travel out of UK on her PBS dependent visa ?
3. If yes , did any one fine any reference from UKBA on this situation ?
4. Did anyone successfully visited out of UK whose child was in same situation as mine ?
Thanks,
HK

Hi hooplakid,
Do you still plan to travel with your daughter this month and whether you got any further information regarding this? Did you hear from anybody who has traveled in such situation?
Any feedback much appreciated.
Thanks
