Dear board members,
Good afternoon to everyone on the forum. I have been a silent reader on the forum since more than a year.
it is a very useful forum with very experienced board members who help fellow members, actually i want to discuss my 10 years story on brief. i came to uk in aug 2004 on student visa and had all visa extensions on time. my last visa was psw expiring nov 2013, so i was advised by a solicitor to apply flro to bridge the gap b/w psw and 10 yrs which was refused and got right of appeal and my hearing date was given in oct 2014 but i completed 10 yrs in aug 2014 and hence i withdraw my appeal and got the confirmation letter from tribunal and made a new set lr application on the 29th of aug 2014, my time line is below.
application sent: 29/08/2014
acknowledgement letter dated(02/09/2014) received: 08/09/2014
biometrics letter dated 17/09/2014 received : 25/09/2014
biometrics recorded : 26/09/2014
decision : still pending
i hope all of us waiting i mean the aug applicants will get our approval soon inshallah as the wait is becoming very painful these days and i will request if some one can put my details on the tracker please. thanks
