Tier 2 ICT -> Tier 2 General -> ILR

Hi,
My first UK entry was in Feb 2010 and i am completing 5 years in Feb 2014.
I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT and was in same category till Nov 2014 but recently from Dec 2014 onwards i have joined new company and my visa category is changed to Tier 2 General. My ILR is due in 2nd week of Jan 2015. Kindly assist if i need 3 payslips from my new employer to apply for ILR?
Or i can go ahead with 1 month payslip i.e. Dec 2014 payslip from new employer and employer Letter to apply for ILR?
In case 1 month payslip is enough from New Employer do i need to include any payslips from my old employer?
