Hi,
I am going to apply my ILR of 10 years route shortly.I need some quick response.I had a penalty fine from court of £400 for not touching my Oyster card and I paid that in June 2012. Now I knew on recent rule change I believe this has already spent as it was 5 years before now it's 1year.

Also I have done CRB check but it comes all clear.

My questions
do I need to mention this on ILR application?
Does it going to affect me?
Do I need to declare any spent criminal offence?

Also to mention on my Tier 1 extension I didn't mention as my CRB was clear.

Please please anyone advice me what would be the best way forward whether to mention or not.

make sure u mention it and write at the end you don't want to use deception thats whyy ur mentioning it..... i did the same with my trafic offence n got my ILR last week best of luck

I think you could simply not mention it, as you will not be required to.

It make no difference, mentioning it, as it will not affect the application in my view.

Thanks all for your advice.You guys are very helpful.

On application form it says do you have any criminal offence? Does it simply mean unspent conviction OR any conviction u ever had including spent?

Please advice it would be easier for me.Thanks
