If a person got ilr through 10 years route where some period was spent as the family member of European nationals and the European national too has supported & helped applicant by providing all the evidences of treaty rights relating to that relevant period. But later on the ilr applicant got ILR but if EU national change its mind and can eu national request the ilr authorities to cancel his ilr. If the ilr holder has no public threat or criminal history then can ilr be cancellable on eu national partner request or not.

An ILR cannot be
revoked, unless
76 applies.
The ILR holder is subject to the
Returning residents provisions, if s/he travels outside the UK.

Definitely not because its not deception. Relevant nasty eu national will get slap on its face if tried so because change of mind need to be treated itself or doctors but certainly not HO will have anything under such scenarios.

Same question that if a person got indefinite through 10 years basis partly spending the time nearly 2 years as the family member of EU national. Usually treaty rights evidences need for those 2 years and if the EU national has gently helped to provided all those evidences to get ILR but later on change its mind by saying that it was marriage for getting papers and now started divorce. And if the ILR holder now returning UK while divorce is under way then will that be a problem for ILR that EU national who helped before but now reporting it negatively.
does that matter signals deception where first eu national partner helped then change its mind and reporting the matter negatively? any input will be appreciated?

Short answer no problem. Such threat is very popular especially where British spouse in now a days. Because a false marriage known as marriage of convenience must be stopped before it takes place but after few years of marriage it cannot be proved ingenuine even assuming that will be funny. Secondly if the attached documents were not reported lost/stolen then it give automatic sense that they were accessed/gained with the consent/help of the other partner, that's why subsequently any allegation will be disregarded. Most importantly to prove that a lengthy procedure with paper based evidences need but not just mere email/phone call etc. Divorce has nothing to do with the ILR holder travel who can travel any time as he wants. In last if the threat looks severe then it may classify as blackmailing which can be reported to authorities.
