PBS Dependent ILR - SET-O

Hi All, I have recently got approval(Same Day Appt.) for ILR on 5 years Tier-2 route. Now I am looking to apply ILR for my spouse who is on PBS Dependent from Aug 2010. As I understand it will be on form SET-O. I have 2 questions regarding this application.. Appreciate if seniors on this forum can shed some light..
1. Can I apply using same day service for my spouse even before getting my BRP card? or do I need to wait for my BRP? All I have at the moment is letter from Home Office confirming Application being accepted and BRP to be posted in 10 working days appr.
2. I have recently moved house, A week back. But I don't have any address proof for new address either in my name or my spouse name. will this be a problem? Can I just submit Council Bill and Utility Bills for previous address where we were staying together 4.5 years?
