Hi

My friend ILR(LR) refused stating he used deception in his previous PSW application in 2008 so refused under 322(2) without right of appeal as he still got valid leave till 2016. He got his psw through westminster college and switched to dependent in 2010. This question was never raised in his dependent applications. His wife in tier 1(g) and can apply for ILR in 2016.

What are his options JR or wait till 2016 to apply as dependent? Or any other option.

Can HO refuse his application if his wife gets ILR in 2016 and he applies as dependent of settled person?

What are chances under family life? He has a one year old child born in UK and he works in the city. I am sure he should be getting more than £50k.

thanks for your input. I read the attachment but its only for Entry Clerance application and not Leave to Remain. Please correct me if I am wrong.

This page explains that an applicant applying for leave to remain who is refused under paragraph 322(1A), 322(2) or 322(2A) may be banned from getting future entry clearance or leave to enter because of paragraph 320(7B).

There are some more PDFs about refusal reasons for LTR and ILR and future applications. Please read through those and see.

I read ur old post this is not ur friend story this is ur story and college is not westminster its LCPS plz dont mke prb for others their is nothing wrong with that college one of my frind last month got ilr but in tier 1genral he shows master degreenot pgd
