ILR - PBS Dependant Address Proof Query

Hi All, I have recently got ILR on 5 years Tier-2 route. Now I am looking to apply ILR for my spouse who is on PBS Dependent from Aug 2010. As I understand it will be on form SET-O.
I have recently moved house, A week back. But I don't have any address proof for new address either in my name or my spouse name. will this be a problem? Can I just submit Council Bill and Utility Bills for previous address where we were staying together 4.5 years?
