Hi

Me and My wife got ilr a couple of days back we have one son born in july 2011 when my wife was on dependent visa on tier -2

she went to india for her delivery . we couldnt bring him in here as we both are working and hard to look after he is with grand parents

now we got ilr we need to bring him in here what visa does we have to apply for him and do we need to show any financial documents

if so what documents do we need to produce we have brith certificate and indian passport for the child can any one please guide me

Child may apply to join parents. Child may be granted ILE if the requirements of A280(b), 297 are met.

Thank u very Much Victoria can i apply for British Citizen once the child is in the country on ILE or do i need to wait until parents take the citizen ship.
