Hello All,

My ILR along with 2 dependants was approved yesterday at PEO Glasgow. We've reached an hour early to our appointment but they did let us in and processing started an hour as well.

After submitting documents, we were called for biometrics after 40 min and biometrics were under verification for about another 45 mins. Display then changed to "application under consideration" and were called after 10 mins to collect documents.

Details: Tier 1 general, single source of income.

Overall, PEO experience was very good.

I would like to thank everyone who posted questions and answers. A special thanks to all the moderators.

My covering letter in case someone needs: http://www.filedropper.com/ilrcoveringletter

Thanks.

Dear Friend,
Congrats.
I am also planning to apply to ILR this month.
I have 2 query filling my SET-O, please could you help me clarifying. Thanks.
1) Filling section 6.1 & 7.11:
Background:-Please find my visa dates below points A and B,
A). Dates based on was on WP visa:-Arrived 27April2008 - Left UK 14OCT2009 and Visa expired on 29December2009
B). Dates based on Tier2ICT:-Visa issued on 27Jan2010 & arrived in UK 04Feb2010 living since then - both on same employer/sponsor.
I am applying now based on Tier2ICT mentioned above in 'B'.

In Section 6.1 hence I mention 04Feb2010.
What should I Fill in 'section 7.11 how long you stayed in UK' should I count from 27thApril2008 or should I count from 04Feb2010.
One of mate in this forum advised me to fill based on 04Feb2010, so should be 4Years11Moths (because I am applying within 28days). Is this correct ? or should I give 5 Years?

2)My company issued reference letter with SOC as "2139 Information and technology communications Professionals", but when I look in to the UKVI SOC code of practise there is no Professionals word on it, will it be a problem/issue.

What is the tolerance of mistakes/errors in application/supporting letters at PEO appointment. Do we have any second chances of correcting applications e.t.c allowed?
It is really urgent please help
Regards,
VPS RAO

I've got letters from my current employer and previous employer as well. May be you could request your employer to add the same dates as you wanted (i.e., same as in your passport immigration stamps). I don't know whether Homeoffice will cross check with the employer.

Thanks.

Thanks.

1. You should put exact times I guess. I remember there is a tick box which asks to confirm that you spent 5 years lawfully.
2. I've no idea about work permit stuff, sorry. But you won't get any chance to see your application once you submit it (as happened to me anyway).

Best of luck.
