ILR - LTD Company Director!!

Hi Friends,
I am on Tier-1 G visa and I will be eligible for ILR in few months from now. I always worked as a contractor (LTD Company) and take Salary & Dividends. I have couple of specific questions, please answer if possible.. thanks in advance..
1. Is it mandatory to show P60's/HMRC Letter for 5 years ? If YES/NO, those won't contain any information on the Dividends, will this be Okay ?
2. Is it mandatory to show Employer Letter/Evidence of absences even I travelled less than 100 days in 5years ? If YES/NO, I am the director of my LTD Company, will it be okay if I produce a letter myself ?
