Hi my husband has got ILR and due to financial circumstance me and kid didn't apply along with him.
We are planning to apply now (for me and 1 kid).
Which form should I use??
With SET (O) it starts with applying for main applicant and filling in details for dependants. Since main applicant has already got ILR are there any other forms that we should be filling in only for dependants.

If you are a PBS dependent and your husband got his ILR through PBS route and not long residence, then it is Set(O) you fill in and complete it as if you are the main applicant.

Thanks for the response.
Yes he was in tier 1 general visa and that puts me in pbs dependent I suppose.
Thanks a lot that clarifies the doubt.
