Hi,

I want to apply for ILR in 1-2 months, Will be grateful if somebody answer my questions

1-I can't find any application form for my partner, is there any specific form for partner or she is part of my application form?
2-in Section 5 (Your Home and finances), part 5, should I enter my last salary or average of it?
3-Section 6(Immigration history)
a- I came uk in March 2009 then left country for 8 months return back at March 2010, in section 6.1 should I enter March 2010?
b- part 6.2, should I list absence more than 6 month or any out of UK history even it's a day?
4- Section 7( Personal History),
As I said I cam to uk 2009 and then left country on July and return on March 2010, what should I say in section 7.11 ?
-How long you have been in UK?
-any absence more than 6 month?

Many thanks In advance

On what basis are you applying for ILR?

What are your and your partners visa start and expiry dates?

What date did your partner arrive in the UK?

Hi,

Many thanks for your reply.

I have a Tier1(General Visa Main Applicant), Came to UK March 2009, Extent it on 2012 and 2014.
I have visa till End of 2016.

My Partner came to UK with me, and her visa is exactly same as mine(Tier1 General Dependent), the only difference is that my partner was out of UK more than me and more frequently.

Regards,
Sepideh

Set(O) form for you and wife as dependent on same form if you both meet the 5 year residence requirement. Not sure about the rest of your questions, although your 8 month absence could be a problem as the limit is 180 days in a 12 month cycle.

- he returned in March 2010 so I think he should be ok as his ILR is counted from march 2010 onward not from March 2009.
- For Home and Finance, people provide savings account and mortgage etc
