Hello immigration experts

I am on a Tier 1 General Visa from July 2010. I am keen on knowing the earliest date of IN PERSON application (when I am eligible)

Details:

Tier 1 Visa applied from India on 4 May 2010
Visa received on: 18th May 2010
Visa Start Date: 20 July 2010 ( I had requested this in my application form)
1st entry in UK: 07 August 2010 ( Visa Start Date + 18 days)
1st Extension validity: 20 July 2015
I havent been away from the country for over 40 days in any of the five 12 months' consecutive periods.

Please not I am short of completing 5 years by about 10 days - is this ok?
Am I eligible to apply for ILR without any further extension?
What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR from above?

Please can someone send a link to an official statement on Home Office website/ guidance?

My Current visa expire on May13 2015 , How soon i can apply for ILR ? Within 28 days before means April 15th 2015?

28 days before 14th May (entry clearance date).

Thanks CR001 Sorry about it, I got different answers to my question in that thread with entry clearance date May14th 2010 and also i mentioned initial entry clerance date wrongly instead of May 13 2010 i mentioned May14th 2010.So now which date i can eligible to apply

Is it 15th April 2015 or 17th April 2015 or 16th April 2015?

What is the entry clearance date on your original visa?

What date did you enter the UK?

No point guessing which date to apply if you don't give the exact dates.

This is My Situation:

Initial granted visa : May 13th 2010 to May 13 th 2012

first Entry in UK : June 18th 2010

Tier 1 Visa Extension Applied on : May 3rd 2012 within 28days before of my visa expiry date, Got extension valid from May3rd 2012 to May 3rd 2015,So there is short fall of 10 days Here.

Please let me know now on which date i can eligible to applly ILR?

Could you please tell me CR001? or any Senior Members?

no sooner than 28 days before 13th May. You can apply any time within the 28 days, it does not have to be the first day of the 28 days.

Could you please tell me from which date i am eligible ,Is it 15th April 2015 ? I tried with this website : http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html . it is showing April 15th 2015.

Or just use a normal calendar and count backwards manually!
