Hi, I have clarifications regarding ILR/PEO earliest date, I would really appreciate if anyone confirm on this.
Tier 1 (General) visa start date: 02-June-2009
Entered into UK: 04-June-2010
ILR earliest eligible date: Entered into UK Date + (5 years-28 days) = 07-May-2015 (Please confrim)
PEO appointment booking earliest eligible date: ILR eligible date - 42 days = 26-March-2015 (Please confrim)
My wife and son (Dependent's) entered into UK: 29-July-2010, I think we all together book PEO appointment and apply ILR on the same date. (Please confrim)
Thanks

ILR earliest eligible date: Entered into UK Date + (5 years-28 days) = 07-May-2015 (Please confrim) 2nd June - 28 days = anytime after 6th May
PEO appointment booking earliest eligible date: ILR eligible date - 42 days = 26-March-2015 (Please confrim) Appointments are released 42 days before you generally require one or can start looking for the period you want. So with a calendar you can calculate when to start looking.
My wife and son (Dependent's) entered into UK: 29-July-2010, I think we all together book PEO appointment and apply ILR on the same date. (Please confrim) Yes, 2 years cohabitation proof required, English B1 and LIUK for spouse.

-- Not sure why did you mentioned 2nd June as I entered UK on 4th June 2010 (after 1 year 2 days from visa start date), so it should be 4th June???, so I will be eligible on or after 07-May-2015?

--Ohh, which means, I can book before 42 days if my ILR eligible date available in PEO booking? So there is no rule to book only exact before 42 days?

--Thanks for this. Re English for depenent, we are planning to submit only point based calculator printout, i hope it should be fine?

1. Apologies, missed the year difference. 28 days before 4th June is 8th May.
2. If you want an appointment on the 8th May, you need to start looking no earlier than 42 days before this but can be 35 days too for example. You cannot book today for 8th May for example as the system won't let you.
3. The English approved test providers etc change on 6th April, see this link :
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... uage-tests to check it meets the requirement. PBS calculator is that for her degree? Do you have UK Naric as well and a letter stating degree taught in English?

-- My wife is master degree holder, both bachelor and master degrees are listed in point based calculator and 10 points awarded for it. I hope we just need to submit the printout of PBS calculator. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

Just a thought....but what about the 90 day mandatory entry period subsequent to issue of visa and the absence beyond 180day period to qualify for ILR?

The OP entered the UK substantially after 90 days of visa issue date so would not be able to use it. The qualifying period is from 4th June 2010.
