Hello Gurus,

I am 22 days short of completing 5 years ILR.

Visa dates are:
10th -May 2011 - 10th May 2013
17th April 2013 - 17th April 2016
4 years, 11 months, 8 days

I just want to know if I am eligible to ILR ? or I need to get another extension ? because the tier1 general extension is closing 6th April 2015 and I don't want to take any risk.

If some one would help me that would be much appreciated.

Yes you can apply within 28 days of completing the full five years period.

But If you look at my visa dates, as I don't have valid visa for 5 yrs in the first place. So am I still eligible ? correct me If I am wrong.

On what date did you enter the UK?

I was on PWS visa before then I applied for tier 1 General.

Yes it's fine. You can apply between 12 Apr 2016 and 17 Apr 2016 assuming you switched to tier 1 on 10 May 2011.

I have applied my tier 1 extension by post on 8 jan 2015
I had attended my visa interview on 26 February 2015,
My visa is expiring today 20 March 2015 and haven't heard any decision yet.I am eligible for ILR from May 2015.
My question is "Am I eligible for applying ILR with the same tier 1 applications,if no decision my mid of May?
