Hi there all the masters,

I request your help in this query I have about the date of first visa application.
I have a T-1 General Visa valid from 15/09/2010 but I had made the application some time in July 2010 and before 19th July 2010 which is the threshold date for required points in PBS calculator.
I do not have any receipt or documentation available with me to track my date of first application, so I wanted to know if it is possible to get the details from VFS or somewhere else or UK Home Office using my Visa/Passport Details.
Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can request for your subject access record from the home office. It currently costs £10 and takes about 40 days to be processed.

If your 1st application was through a vfs office out of country, and if you had been to the vfs office by appointment, then this information should be available in your email inbox, while booking the original appointment.

You probably already explored this, but just in case you hadn't.
