Hello,
I was detained at heathrow airport after a returning from a trip abroad pending to investigations.
It was a false flag on their part and I was allowed to leave after a few hours of waste of time. I was issued formal letters of being held and my finger prints were taken etc.
Do I need to disclose this?
If yes, which section ?
Thanks

Hi saga,
I have similar case, three years back I was detained for 12 hours and then give a temporary admission. I will be applying my ILR next month, my lawyer said it shouldn't be any problem.

OK but I think it's good to disclose it anyways. Any idea which column to fill in for this type of information?
