Hi All,

I am currently in Tier 2 category and will be applying for ILR in September 2016. Could anyone please tell me the number of payslips and how many months bank statements need to be submitted for ILR? My employer is happy to help me and would like to know about this as they wanted to raise my wages to match the required rate.

Gurus, please advise.

I got mine done recently and I carried 3 months' payslips and bank statements + copies.

Congratulations and thanks for the reply. I got Tier 2 on August 2011 and planning to apply on 1st week of September 2016. I was planning to give 6 months payslips,did you give any p60s from previous years?

I had carried my P60's with me just in case, but wasn't asked.

Just a question - are you on Tier 2 ICT or Tier 2 General?

I submitted the following (Tier 2 ICT).

SET(O) form
Passport + copy
BRP + copy
Employer letter + copy
Personal absences Cover note + copy
3 months' payslips + copy
3 months' bank statements + copy
Life in the UK Test Pass Letter + copy
PBS calculator + copy
Degree certificate + copy

In addition, I had carried the following but didn't submit them.

P60's for 5 years + HMRC letters
CoS letter
Council tax bills
