hi guys,,
i just got samll query in regards to my application of long residency (10 years)

visa satmped on 31 of august (2005)
i travel to uk in sept (2005)
curently holding tier 1 entrepreneur visa which expires in 2017

all this years i been legal with 60 days out of country

my only query is when can i apply for my ilr..?
i been to one of the lawayer who said me that i vl be elgilble to apply ilr on or before 5 of august 2015
as they are considering the stamped date if u travel with 90 days..
mean while i hve done all the documentation such as

my master degree
sar report.
plz do advice me whts the earlist date i can go ahed with the my ilr...

You can apply no sooner than 28 days before the date you ENTERED the UK. For long residence the visa stamp date is not used but date you arrived in the UK. The 90 day travel concession is only for applicants who apply based on 5 years residence.

sar report You don't need this, they have your immigration history

You also need all the passports, including the one you used to enter the UK, covering the full 10 years.

You can also apply in person now for same day decision/premium service.
