Travelling from Ireland

Hi,
I live in Northern Ireland - UK. I need to travel to India with my family.
Dublin-Ireland airport is 2 hours from here by road and no checks in between. I have Ireland visa.
Is it fine to travel to India from Dublin airport? I am asking becaue there will be no UK immigration stamp, when I will come back.
I am on Tier-1 visa and ILR is due by End of Year.
