Tier 1 PBS Dependant to ILR..Continuous Period..

Hello Gurus/Experts..
I am going to apply my ILR next month along with my two dependants. But I am little in doubt about the continuous period of my dependants. Their leave timeline is as follows;
Initial entry: 21 Jan 2011
21 Apr 2012 - 04 Aug 2012 = 104 days holiday (Absence from UK)
18 May 2013 - 23 May 2014 = 369 days (Absence from UK), due to adverse family situation. Proof can be submitted.
Their depedant visa is continuous, now valid until Dec 2017. I have co-habitant proofs during whole period.
My concern is if my dependants will be eligible for ILR along with mine next month.
